At Viking Culinary, we stand behind the quality of our professional-grade cookware and kitchen tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all inserts and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned cookware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
